Pulkit Soni
Founder & Managing Director
Pulkit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control, with extensive experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Technology, and Education sectors. Since 2008, he has been an active member of Engineers Australia and currently serves as an appointed representative on the Electrical College Committee, reporting to the WA Electrical College Board.
As an entrepreneur, Pulkit is the founding member and Managing Director of Techlearn, an EdTech organization focused on providing training and solutions in emerging technologies, business, and industrial automation. He has established partnerships with various industry stakeholders, including private institutes, public universities, and local clubs, to promote STEM education and innovation. Since its inception in 2019, Pulkit has collaborated closely with Techlearn’s board members, Chair, staff, and volunteers to position the company as a key resource for the professional development of both current and future engineers and technology experts.
Pulkit is deeply committed to fostering innovation, promoting a collaborative culture, and navigating the challenges and opportunities of the era of imagination and change.
Sarab Singh
Executive Director
Sarab is an executive director at Techlearn and human behaviour expert with particular skills connecting business strategy and team performance. He is a specialist in addressing enterprise specific challenges through personal growth strategies for leadership teams. In 2016, Sarab was invited by Harvard Business School in Boston
to take part in an Executive Leadership Program on Innovation where he combined his behavioural science approach with the latest thinking in innovation and design thinking. He has used this unique perspective to help businesses prepare for and excel in the new Age of Imagination.
Bhaumik Patel
Executive Director
Bhaumik Patel, with over 10 years of experience in the Australian educational sector, is the co-founder of Techlearn, a platform dedicated to revolutionizing education and professional development. His expertise lies in understanding the unique challenges faced by learners and organizations.
Bhaumik’s exceptional contribution has been instrumental in building Techlearn, offering innovative and cutting-edge solutions that empower individuals to thrive in today’s fast-paced world.

Glen Barnes
General Manager Operations & Training
Glen has over 40 years of practical experience as an Electrical Engineer in the Process Control & Industrial Automation fields, including 12 years within the UK chemical industry and over 25 years in Australian/New Zealand mining, ports, food and manufacturing industries.
Glen has extensive experience in the deployment of industrial automation systems, functional safety, instrumentation and electrical systems in such industries.
Over the past 20 years, Glen has held senior roles in educational establishments where he practises his passion for teaching technology subjects that translate clients’ training requirements into customised ‘site specific’ skills and competencies. Glen also has a passion for electronics and digital communications, which forms the basis for his technical involvement in Industry 4.0, and ‘emerging’ technologies.
